No need for downloading. We can get it off the CD or get the version from
the last security patch that altered it. PC stuff is not a problem for me,
it's just Photoshop I don't know.

If you do it in flash, you could make things even easier than using an
external xml file by passing the data from within the html via
flashvars.
e.g in the object element add a parameter...
