Sam and Julian,
Thanks for all your advice. I'm afraid I'm still really confused. Should I
be editing my original excel spreadsheet? Or, do I open the spreadsheet in
StarOffice, resave as .csv and edit the filter settings then, as I have been
doing? If so, how do I change what I'm doing to correct it? At the moment I
put | in the field delimiter and " in the text delimiter. Where should I
change what I'm doing? Sorry, I need spoon feeding I know!
Thank for all your help.
Bianca
