Hi Ian,

You should be able to back up your settings in the control panel - do this
first. As others have said, the first port of call with ADSL routers is
firmware - check the website. My next would be to check on the encryption, -
have you tried turning it off for a few days to see if has an effect? If all
you're worried about is people sharing your access - you can always employ
an access list.

Lastly - most obvious - have you purchased anything that may interfere with
the network?? Microwave, DECT Phone etc??

I am not sure about the comments on Linksys, I have installed many of these
and they are solid in my reckoning - Netgear however, - are another thing
altogether.
