I use SendStudio by www.interspire.com. It's not free but it's really idiot
proof and can do all the scheduling / import and creation of newsletter from
the FCKeditor. The customer can create good email campaigns based on
criteria and schedule daily/monthly send whatever. It's PHP/MySQL and
installs on their server. I am really impressed and all my clients get it
from me. The software is also completely re-brandable so you can also resell
at a discount under your own name.
