No idea, I use Exchange. The mailboxes are P3_username.mbx (with *.eml
messages inside) in the folder set as the storage directory, but will only
hold messages until they have been downloaded to client. This tells you
about it:

If it is like the SBS POP3 connector, you'll also see queue folders like
inforward.
