Hi,

I'm having problems sending emails through to an aol.co.uk account:

The problem is the error message is so unclear I'm not sure if is a
problem specific to the account or the aol.co.uk.

I've never sent an email to this account, but have been informed that
it should be genuine.

Any thoughts?
