The person to contact is the data protection registrar or office of the
information commissioner or whatever it's called these days. Start by
sending them a message saying something like:
"Please remove ALL personal and company details from your database and
forward
this email to ALL associates and clients so that they can do likewise
and confirm by return of email by close of business on (insert date
here). Failure to do so will result in DPA complaint"
If they don't, make your complaint. Keeping your details when you've asked
for them to be removed is against the Data Protection Act. You could also
complain to REC or ATSCO or whichever trade body they belong to.

5: When responding to a post, delete all information that is not
strictly necessary. This includes the freelancers tag line and .sig
files. Delete anything you're not specifically responding to.
