Cleartype looks lovely on my LCD monitor, but you need to adjust it to suit
your monitor to avoid fuzziness. There's a MS tool to do this.

font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
Unless you make your headings images, it's the viewer's monitor and
installed fonts that will create the look. Nothing you can do from the
server end.
