Don=92t you just hate it when you do that=85 Pressing the send button =

mean to. Happens to me in life all the time but that=92s another story=20

Defragging your Hard Drive will speed up your machine no end. This =
should be
done monthly or every two months at least. =20
If you have a machine that=92s awfully slow this will no doubt speed it =
up I
promise.=20

To defrag press Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk
Defragmenter=20

Then click on the drive you want to defrag =96 normally C: then click =
the
Defrag Drive button and let it go to work. Don=92t do anything whilst =
this is
happening and make sure all your programs are shut and not working. So =
don=92t
try and work whilst your defragging. I normally leave it running =
overnight.=20
