FN-FORUM: Usual Joys with IIS 5.1 and XP

Got a quck project to do using ASP Net and VBScript, so having to install
IIS on a PC that has never had IIS installed before. I don't why everytime I
install IIS I have to go through this pain, Apache works everytime without
hassles. But IIS never seems to have the same fix.

I am using Visual Studio Net to create an ASPX project on XP Pro SP2. IIS
will run HTML projects but fails on ASP and ASPX.

Following error;

"Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0201'
Invalid Default Script Language
The default script language specified for this application is invalid."

I have tried everything from installing the scripting engine to messing
around with IIS permissions, nothing is working this time though.

Any advice would save my sanity at the moment.
