Wish I had the choice to install non MS OS. Still resolving 2 issues

I use Thunderbird for Email, which is the Mozilla email client. It's
certainly as good as Outlook 2000 and infinitely better than Outlook
Express, not sure how it measures up to Pandora.

I've always found a ZoneAlarm/AVG combo pretty effective, meaty but slim you

If price is an issue I use free versions of Zone Alarm and Grisoft AVG for
years now and I've never had a problem.

Common mistakes I see are:-
Using any field other than ID as a relationship
Using the username to add/edit records rather than by ID.
Global variables (yes I STILL see them!)
Badly designed databases...

Just install Nuhuo analyzer on the cleints pc and then your client can read
