Before that I would run Crap Cleaner to analyze and fix broken links and
registry entries. Then go to Windows update and get the latest, even if
already done. Then play with other things like bios and...

Reset bios to default settings. It sounds like some settings are out of
whack with your hardware, if its misbehaving on start-up.

Without switching my Mac on I think if you open Key Caps and use various
combinations of the alt/control/command/key the accented characters appear

www.servage.net - as long as it is legal, they are happy. Be aware though,
adult videos cannot legally be supplied anywhere except licensed shops in
the UK, regardless of where the server is based.
