Try adding a parameter to the end of the url. For instance,
www.something.com/index.php?time=476464

Subject: FN-FORUM: PHP Screens not showing changes
I have an application written in PHP using MySQL which is causing me
confusion. I have edited two files and uploaded them to the server, but the
pages are not reflecting the changes. I have tried clearing the cache etc
from the browser, but still the same. Any ideas?
