to=20change=20the=20rates=20themselves.=20The=20selling=20point=20being=20=
that=20these=20updates
happen=20instantly,=20even=20if=20you=20are=20not=20available=20to=20carry=
=20them=20out.

now=20but=20in=20the=20past=20month,=20they=20have=20suddenly=20started=20=
asking=20for
alterations.=20For=20example,=20I=20have=20now=20changed=20their=20fees=20=
3=20times=20in=20less=20than
4=20weeks.=20Today,=20in=20an=20email=20thanking=20me=20for=20the=20last=20=
change,=20she=20has=20asked
for=20something=20else=20to=20be=20done.=20Now,=20ok,=20each=20alteration=20=
literally=20takes=20less
than=20a=20minute.=20We're=20not=20talking=20about=20major=20issues=20here=
.=20But=20it=20is=20a
complete=20pain=20in=20the=20arse.=20And=20if=20every=20client=20did=20it,=
=20there=20certainly=20would
be=20a=20problem.

Obviously=20there=20is=20a=20balance=20between=20offering=20a=20reasonable=
=20service=20and=20being
taken=20for=20a=20ride.=20How=20do=20you=20all=20handle=20this=20type=20of=
=20client?
