As long as your plate separations come out in 2 colours it can be any colour
you want then. Just make sure you get 2 plates and no more and then tell the
printers what colours are what. With a proof...

Does photoshop not allow something to retain it dimemensions on a
percentage basis, this will be what is causing you distortion problems.

Make sure the image is RGB before resizing. If it's a GIF or 256 colours
already and you resize it'll look pants. Otherwise Photoshop should make a
cracking job of it then save as Web and you'...
