Doesn't necessarily mean it cannot be enforced.

As a hosting company we often come across cases of disagreement between
designers/developers and their clients, and we have teamed up with a
lawyer who has a lot of expertise in this and other contract related
areas. He's very web-savvy so you don't have to explain the whole
internet thing to him at £xx/hour before you get started!
