Hi Terry, been a year or so since I last did an SBS install, so I could
be wrong, but it is my belief that you can't configure SBS to be part of
a workgroup. If I remember right it looks for a primary domain
controller as part of the install, if it doesn't find one it makes
itself the PDC.

Remote desktop should be easy enough, but check you have the relevant
ports open (can't remember if SBS turns on ip filtering by default on
install) and you are allowing desktop access to the box (done from
control panel - system - remote tab if my memory serves). Then just fire
up remote desktop connection from one of the other PC's (start -
programs - accessories - communication in XP). But remember, you will
need to use an account that's recognised by the domain, so set yourself
a remote access user account up on the SBS. When you log in via remote
desktop remember to enter the domain name as well as the username and
password.
