I've been with Heart a few years now. I haven't had any problems at
all. All my sites have been up all day and the only downtime I had was
about a month ago when LINX was down. Give it a few months and see how
it goes, I've been with a lot of diferent hosts including having
dedicated servers and I found Heart to be the best by far.
