John, I am not commenting on your business. If you wish to charge that
much and your customers are happy then go for it. I could not charge
that EVER. Personally I think that is a rip off. But as I said, if your
customers don't mind, go for it.
You say you use it to protect yourself... Is that really true? What is a
contract for? You do not need to charge someone £400 to set-up a
server. If your company is worth its salt (not saying yours isn't) you
should not lose customers like that.
Anyway my comments were not aimed at you or your business personally,
just general comments, so don't take it personally. :)
