I haven't looked for an extension/module for Joomla but if you know how to
create it in html etc you could just hand code it, plonk it into a generic
content module item and place it within your page....

Hmm, all of the WA* postcodes are listed as Warrington. Good point.
Each postcode district does have it's own Lat and Long, differentiating

There are a couple of self managed options out there that are pretty
easy to use.
Not only can upload your own design but the whole application gives you
the flexibilty to manage the recipient list...
