Agreed, I don't really think the average client is that interested in
whether Bill, Bob or Sam writes the dB queries, lays out the CSS or comes up
with a logo - I reckon they just want the job done - and I guess the
Designers got in there first to coin the phrase!
Unless of course you intend agencies to use the tool with a view to actually
finding a 'developer' ...

I was thinking along the same lines, I would go as far to suggest that
the term 'Web Designer' is used by the 'people' as an almost generic
term for anyone who builds Websites, whether they design them, lay them
out or build back end stuff. Or is this a gross under-estimation?
