I would hope that person involved has done the decent thing by now, I
personnally have been stiffed by freelancers in the past. I pay 50% upfront
and then they deliver absolute rubbish, or in some cases nothing at all. So
for the benefit of all, then anyone who is not acting in a professional
manner should be known to others so they don't get work.

This is unacceptable behaviour, may their clients not pay as well in the
future.
