anyone know who can provide the service where the receiver is charged
(added to monthly mobile bill or deducted from pay as you go credit)
to receive mobile content sent direct?

Not looking for a wap (sms) service like clickatell.

Is this pay per push?

I can find companies that do it but not who they do it through? Does
that make sense?

I'm not even sure which terms to google?
