FN-FORUM: Disclaimers to protect freelancers from liability

Morning all,

Just wondering what, if anything do you make clients sign to ensure
that you are not liable for any resulting actions of any kind from a
web site you worked on or built for a client.
What i am thinking about is sites that deal with information of a
sensitive nature, etc... if you have a standard agreement I could
"inspire myself" from that would be great!
