Dear Andrew,
this is soliciting again.
not to mention the other thing
(don't anyone start again - or else!)
You do not need me to tell you a third time.
Hi Mike,
best of luck , when it works freelancing is great ,
the best advice I can give is:
when you get someone to agree to a project - write a specification.
include :
what you will do.
what they will do.
when it will be ready ( always multiply your first answer by 2).
How much you will charge ( I tend to give a basic figure for the spec
+/- 10%, and update them everytime they want something else)
When you will charge ( deposit, delivery, agreed completion of basic
spec, extras)
try and get them to sign it , or at least agree by email - PRINT IT
OUT! and keep with original spec.
HTH
Carrie
