The list is intended for freelance workers in the web industry:
This includes (but is not limited to), designers, programmers,
marketing, and authors. Anything that relates to freelance web
development is up for discussion.
As with any email list, this is a community, and all community's need
a set of basic rules to smooth communication. We would ask that you

1: Respect each other. Diversity in Web development is not only
tolerated but encouraged. Argument and debate are fine. Character
digs and personal attacks are not. You are responsible for what you
write.
2: HTML, RTF or any other formatting is frowned upon. Plain text
only.
3: No attachments. This includes Vcards, or any other type of
electronic business cards.
4: Please keep subject lines relevant.
5: When responding to a post, delete all information that is not
strictly necessary. This includes the freelancers tag line and .sig
files. Delete anything you're not specifically responding to.
Freelancers.net is a UK based service but we welcome contributions
from europe and the rest of the World.
