Sam,
Apologies for the sarcasm, but it is good that we have a government that
creates nice laws for every single aspect of our lives, because clearly we
can't expect people to behave socially if they aren't required to by law...
:(
I am very much of the "live and let live" school of thought but that doesn't
mean that we shouldn't set a target for "best practice" and encourage
everyone to strive for it. This is _more_ important because this isn't a
closely moderated environment.
