Seriously, try the Ruby On Rails IRQ channel. The Freelancers list is
the very essence of clarity, coherence and clueful questioning.

Actually, asking a meaningful question is a very difficult thing to do,
especially when you're a bit new to a field and you're not sure what the
terminology involved is or how best to use it.
