Basecamp looks good. Going to look more into that one methinks.
ActiveCollab is PHP5 only and my host is still 4.4.2. There is a
tutorial to make it work on php4 but i dont want to add to my todo list. :)
I know of Mantis, i remember evaluating that one before. I found it
would confuse the pants of my clients when i showed it them. (That was a
lesson!)
Basecamp has a messages feature which i suppose would suffice, i could
create categories called Bugs, Change Requests etc. Cant imagine that
would scare my clients off from using it. Plus also it generally looks
nice, and when dealing with new media types, if it looks nice then you
are half way there. :)
