The PGC is not really a marketing organisation; what I mean by that is
that you are unlikely to get much, if any, business from them. Where you
do gain benefits from the PCG is in the area of advice. For example,
they have template contracts which have been certified by the government
to be outside of IR35. So, if you join and if you get your clients to
sign these contracts, when the tax man comes to inspect you, you can
just tell him the contracts are designed by the PCG and you are in the
clear.
