I use 2020media.com for both email & web hosting. Came across them via
freelancers reasonably priced and excellent support, I'm not technical =
and
they were happy enough to spend half an hour on the phone talking me =
through
how to set everything up.
Would recommend them.

Just point the domain's MX records somewhere else, quite easy.
I do all my email myself, I get my customers to do the same. Not =
difficult
once you know how, in the end much easier.
