FN-FORUM: Dreamweaver Sync Errors

Anyone help me on this one?

I use Dreamweaver MX to build sites, and use the FTP sync feature. All sites
are on the same server, some sync without error and other I get a permission
denied error. I have checked the permissions and the man html folder is 777,
the other folders and files are 644. When I use an FTP client, then
everything synchronises OK. I have tried Passive and normal FTP mode in
Dreamweaver and it doesn't have any effect.

I got the ISP to look at the server and they tell there is no issue, I have
checked for hidden files, none exist. I have looked on the Macromedia site
for answers, but it just says permissions should be 644. It's a Fedora Core
3 server.

Anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?
