Hi Terry.
I've seen this issue before - it's something to do with how Dreamweaver uploads =
the files, it uploads them to /tmp and the moves them for some reason. What I =
have found works is disconnecting, and then putting the file again. Dreamweaver =
reconnects then and it seems to work. Other than that the only alternative is =
to delete the remote file and reupload it.
