FN-FORUM: Free web designs

As designers regularly post here asking for free scripts because they
under-quote and don't take into consideration that code is needed, I
decided that the only way to get work is to grab some clients.

So, I need some free web designs. I can do the code myself but as am
selling the sites for £500 I don't want to pay for designs.

Any decent, free web designs out there? They must be professional quality.
