Hi Lee,

How about "not quite free"? We had the same problem with people working =
on a
tight budget but still wanting professional results, so we created
www.website-garage.com. There are hundreds and hundreds to choose from =
and
they range up to about US$75. Most are around $60 and there are many =
that
are cheaper too.
