their source code it had its entries

They probably are. So what? :-) Template monster / mytemplatetorage.com etc
operate affiliate schemes. I would think website-garage.com are an
affiliate.

Indeed template monster provide complete template store/website for their
affiliates, which they can customise or market under their own brand or
domain name.
