FN-FORUM: Flash text effects

Hi

Recently in a thread someone mentioned some some software that allowed
you to quickly create text effects in Flash. I gues it generated swfs
that I could import into my fla. Was this the software?

Basically I have to do a presentation which largely consists of
animating text. The budget is small and the expectation high ... as
always.
