Are you using dreamweaver to develop the site? if so the images can be
easily preloaded using the 'Preload Images' option from the Behaviours menu.

Only the christmas menu page and home page have the JS on at the
moment, looked to me as if it was working, guess not, and you lost me
with the over state images and hidden divs! :-S
