Actually ls -al will show you the last modified date/time, as far as I am aware the file system does not store the creation date separately, it uses the same node for creation/modified. Linux guru's...

John The link you mentioned can be got around by selecting all and copying then pasting into word. Best thing to do is to put a ghosted message over the image, not too dark as to hide the image but...
