Hi
Not sure if its quite what your after, but i've used mals-e
(www.mals-e.com) in the past without any probs - they process and store
the credit card details for you.

Most payment gateways will allow a CC direct debit type thing for re-occurring
payments. Use of this functionality is best practice in my opinion, don't be
tempted to store the credit cards yourself....
