Ouch sounds bad. I have to say I tried to ask 123 days ago as I've got
domains with them but have had no reply. Maybe I'll move all mine to
ukreg not just this one! Pity as I've not had problems with them
before-but then I'd not had problems with my old host till I had
problems with them.......
