Unfortunately, if you want to change the owner of a .co.uk domain you =
have
to submit the Nominet forms. It's only =A310+VAT so not a major issue. =
It
doesn't matter who the registrar is.

The .com can be done online with a straight transfer. If the new owner =
has a
new registrar, you'll need to unlock the domain and also find the
authorisation code from the current registrar to release and update it.
There are usually no costs involved in this part of the process.
