Hello, and happy new year
I am looking for a simple to use bit of software - I am on mac os x - but I
can use it on a windows if I absolutely have to, I have downloaded trials o=
f
some things like MYOB etc ... Which all are much to sophisticated for what =
I
want, and I don=B9t really want to have to spend too much time learning thing=
s
that are superflous to what I need
At the moment I probably write between 2 to 6 invoices a month, and usually
they are for ongoing cummulative work for the same people, so I keep a
record of my hours in my diary, enter it into an excel spreadsheet to
calculate a monthly total, and type out a nicely designed invoice in
InDesign
What I mean to do also is write down the invoice numbers and amounts and
then cross them off, but I am getting a number of small jobs as well and I
can forsee myself losing track of the odd couple of quid
What I really want is to be able to type in, invoice number, invoice date
and invoice details, and to be able - at the end of the month for eg. Run a
script telling me what is outstanding and I can take the appropriate action
etc .. I don=B9t really need anything else other than that, does anyone know
of something that will do that
