Challenge Response (Was: Re: FN-FORUM: XML Question (verification))

Does anyone else hate challenge response systems[1] as much as I do. I =20
think that requiring people to jump through hoops is just rude in =20
order to send you mail is just rude and I'll never click on their =20
links on principle.
But I'm interested in hearing other opinions.
