Opera the web browser is very nice. A lot of people users claims it
to be more Mac than Firefox. I am using Opera, Firefox and Safari.

All you can do is guess at sales and then work out how much those sales
will cost you.
For example 10% sounds pretty low if you only get 1000 sales and it
