There are reasons for and against both of those... for instance I'd be more
likely to deal with some one who had visible contact information than some
one who didn't (all else being equal) but I don't see what that needs to be
legislated. Surely you can let the market decide that one? If you don't have
details on display and you're not getting enough business then you're going
to add them or go under. Common sense really.
