Roland,

I used Parasol a good few years ago when I started out contracting - no
problems and now they are one of the biggest around (which may or may not be
a good thing).

Not heard of MDSUK, and would have thought that I would have as I still
frequent contractor forums and the like. Are the new? Check them out on
Companies House to see when they were formed.

I have heard Very Bad Things about Giant, however. Your mileage (hoho) may
vary.

You might be better off checking out contractoruk.com forums
(forums.contractoruk.com) for recommendations - it's a common question.
