FN-FORUM: Video with Payment Gateway

I have a customer who wants to allow customers to pay for one-off useage of
their training videos. These video's do not need to be streamed. But the
customer should only view them the number of times they have bought license
for, ie; 1/2 or 5. I am not sure how this can be done, but it's achieved
with some windows media player downloads.

The payment gateway should be PayPal or SEC.

Does anyone have any ideas?
