FN-FORUM: Best HTML Editor For PC

Hi All

What would you recommend as the best HTML editor for hand coding (i.e. not
WYSIWYG) on Windows as I use BBEdit on a Mac and need to let a client know.
Both free and paid programmes would be useful to find out about and not
overly complex.
