its also worth checking the logs to make sure nobody is off-site linking to her images.
I had an issue recently whereby an image from my personal website was linked to from someones myspace account, I assume others saw it and just copied the image URL and reposted it elsewhere as about 80% of requests to my site were for that image from myspace profiles!
I toyed with the idea of using .htaccess to send them a very NSFW image rather than the one they wanted, but in the end I just renamed the file, no need to be offensive to the plebs ;)
